Shipping/Returns
Restaurant Supply Pros is dedicated to ensuring your online shopping experience is both secure and enjoyable. We happily accept returns for all unused items in their original packaging, excluding custom items and equipment with optional accessories. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Kindly inform us promptly if you intend to initiate a return or exchange, and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be processed without a valid return authorization number, which should be clearly marked on the returning package. Additionally, include a copy of your purchase invoice along with the returned/exchanged item.
Upon approval of your return, your original payment method will be credited. Credits are typically issued within 2-3 business days after approval.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. In cases where free shipping was provided, a standard charge of $7.95 will apply.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover the return processing expenses. When an item is returned, it undergoes inspection, re-labeling, repackaging, and restocking by our warehouse team.
Our commitment to offering competitive prices supported by a price match guarantee necessitates the application of a restocking fee solely for items returned to us.
Please note that returns cannot be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date. Kindly notify us promptly if you intend to initiate a return.
To facilitate a return, a Return Authorization (RA) number will be provided. Please remember that returns without a valid return authorization number cannot be accepted. Clearly indicate this number on the returning package and include a copy of the purchase invoice along with the returned item.

For exchanges, you will need to place a new order for the desired item and return the unwanted item. You are responsible for any restocking fees associated with the returned item, as well as shipping fees for the new item.
Any orders returned to the shipper will incur a 15% restocking fee, and shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will also be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Items Restaurant Supply Pros takes extensive measures to ensure the safe and secure shipping of your items. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours. We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid packing slip. Clearly mark the box with the provided number and include a copy of the invoice along with the returned item.
